The scoping paper is a key step toward the production of the first
Regional Housing Strategy for the North West. We are looking to
partners in the region to let us know what you think of our outline
priorities for the region. If you disagree with us, please give
us evidence to back up your views, as we will need to give Ministers
that evidence when we present our Strategy to them in the summer.
